Service Description

In-Room auctions are available at Sydney Auction Rooms in Double Bay or your office or an agreed venue 7 days a week subject to auctioneer availability. Please note this is a booking request only, actual available times will be supplied upon receipt of this request and will vary depending on location and day requested.


Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: Once your booking is confirmed, you acknowledge that a booking fee will be payable. The booking fee will be payable regardless of whether the property runs to auction, is sold prior, withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. If the confirmation email is occurring 21 or more days prior to the scheduled auction date, the booking may be cancelled within 72hrs of this booking confirmation at no cost. Cancelations more than 72hrs after confirmation will incur the booking fee. If the confirmation email is occurring less than 21 days prior to the scheduled auction date, any cancellation will incur the booking fee. Each booking may be rescheduled once and once only without additional charge provided at least 24hrs notice prior to the scheduled auction is given and subject to the booked auctioneer’s availability. If the booking is rescheduled more than once, for each additional reschedule after the first, an additional fee will be charged on top of the original booking fee. Any reschedules (including the first reschedule) that necessitate switching the booking from one auctioneer to another auctioneer within our business will incur an additional fee on top of the original booking fee. You acknowledge that should public health advice change or restrictions on on-site or in-room auctions be re-imposed, this booking will be automatically converted to an Online Auction and the same booking terms continue to apply.
