Clarence White is a four-time winner of the REINSW Award for Excellence in Auctioneering (2014, 2017, 2018, 2020) and one of Sydney and Australia's premier independent real estate auctioneers. Clarence spent four years calling auctions for McGrath Estate Agents and a further two years for Bresic Whitney before establishing his own independent auction business in 2018, further expanding in 2020 to form Menck White Auctioneers with business partner Paul Menck. Clarence is an auction chapter committee member for the Real Estate Institute of NSW and has represented NSW five times (2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020) at the prestigious Australasian Auctioneering Championships. Clarence works with leading agents in Sydney's key prestige marketplaces in the eastern suburbs, inner west and on the north shore and beaches.
In addition to his auctioneering work Clarence has held real estate roles as sales agent, sales manager, operations manager and general manager, giving him a depth of knowledge and experience in real estate that enables him to value add around the auction process by bringing considerable expertise to pre-auction, auction floor and post auction conversations, negotiations, strategy and training. Clarence is more than just the face and voice of your auction, he is an experienced auction strategist piloting your auction to the highest possible price.
