A ding dong battle between two committed bidders saw 54 Wentworth Ave, Randwick sell under the hammer at auction for a substantial premium. The property is underpinned by a substantial sized block, which made it a unique prospect as far as semis go. Selling agent Roger Wardy of Ray White Touma Group attracted 3 registered bidders to compete on the property but when bidding it kicked off it was a two horse race from the start as two committed buyers duked it out for the keys.
