3 Chatham Ave, Randwick sold at auction recently for Anthony Puntigam and the team at PPD Real Estate with 10 registered bidders in attendance. A buyers' agent made the very strong opening bid north of $3.5m before two other bidders joined the fray and battled it out before the property was sold under the hammer by leading Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White of Menck White Auctioneers.
